He tought for several years at the Italian Technical and Commercial

and History, Economy, English language, Commercial Law. He
was also supervisor and proof-reader for the printing of "Il
Quotidiano Eritreo".

of Foreign Affairs
1976 Promoted Legation Secretary (working at the Technical
Cooperation Service with the developing Countries - Africa
