1968 Degree on Political Sciences at the University of Rome "La Sapienza"
1968 Expatriated in Asmara (Ethiopia), working as journalist at "Il Quotidiano Eritreo", daily newspaper edited by the Imperial Ethiopian Government in the Italian language
He tought for several years at the Italian Technical and Commercial public school "Vittorio Bottego"in Italian language and History, Economy, English language, Commercial Law. He was also supervisor and proof-reader for the printing of "Il Quotidiano Eritreo".
1971 Professor in Economy and Commercial Law at the Italian Section of the
Asmara University
1975 Entered the diplomatic carrier of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
1976 Promoted Legation Secretary (working at the Technical Cooperation Service with the developing Countries - Africa Desk), in Rome and at the Italian Embassy in Khartoum (Sudan) as number two responsible for the Commercial Section
1980 Acting Consul at the Italian Consulate in Saint Gallen (Switzerland) accredited also in Vaduz (Principality of Liechtenstein) and Promoted Frist Legation Secretary
1984 At the General Direction Emigration and Social Affairs, Research and Studies Desk, in Rome
1985 At the Italian Embassy in Lagos (Nigeria) as Counsellor and number two and Promoted Legation Counsellor
