With respect to the decision the District Court Hamburg, dated 12th May 1998 (AZ: 312 O 85/98) we hereby declare, that anyone using links is responsible for the linked pages. A clear statement to dissociate from that content can only avoid this.

We hereby decline all responsibility for all links from our pages to external pages owned by third persons in the Internet, and declare that we have no influence on the organization and the contents of the linked pages of any other information provider. We therefore strictly distance ourselves from all contents of all external pages linked with our pages which are conflicting with any applicable law and do not take responsibility for such illegitimate contents.
