Michel Bosco focuses primarily on capital markets and M&A transactions
involving Italian corporations.
His most recent engagements have included privatizations, global offerings,
initial public offerings, acquisitions, joint ventures and
exchangeable bond, high yield, Eurobond and leveraged lease financings.
Mr. Bosco joined Shearman & Sterling LLP upon graduation from law
school in 1992 and became a partner in 2001.
He is a member of the Capital Markets Group and is the co-managing partner
of the Firm's Rome office, which he founded in March 2002.
From 1992 to 1996, he was a member of the International Financial Group
in New York, where he concentrated mainly on transactions
involving Latin American issuers.
Before joining Shearman & Sterling LLP, Mr. Bosco was a research
assistant at the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C.
Mr. Bosco is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy and is fluent
in English, Italian and Spanish. |
