Those persons and entities that wish to cooperate with InGentibus or to request funding for their project proposals are expected to adhere to the following principles:

  • Focus on long-term projects. In contrast to the modern culture of "consumerism", which is in favour of the few, but extremely problematic for the majority, InGentibus will concentrate on long-term cooperation projects (at least 8-10 years).
This will offer stability for planning to InGentibus and to the entities (research institutes, industry) involved in the projects, as well as to the end-users (families, individuals, communities).
  • Streamlined and simple project implementation and monitoring. The use of information technology will allow the streamlining of implementing projects , monitoring the efficient progress and quality of them and, where necessary, will allow timely modifications and improvements.
  • Use of Framework and Project Agreements. All partners and funding recipients will be expected to enter into framework agreements that will regulate their overall relationship to InGentibus and project agreements that will regulate their implementation of the specific project. The key elements of these agreements are outlined below.
